  Been to many chipotle’s. This was by far the best. Clean, amazing service. And food made right with correct portions. Glad I stopped here

  This is by far the most disappointing Chipotle location I’ve visited. They are constantly out of ingredients, making it nearly impossible to order a complete meal. It seems like basic inventory management is not being handled properly, because running out of essential items on a regular basis should not be the norm for a restaurant of this size. The staff often come across as rude, frustrated, or uninterested in helping customers. Every visit feels like you’re inconveniencing them simply by placing an order. The overall atmosphere is negative, and it starts with management. A well-managed restaurant should ensure adequate staffing, proper inventory levels, and a positive customer experience. Even though Chipotle’s leadership has publicly stated that customers can request extra portions of certain items, doing so at this location always seems to be met with attitude or resistance. Customer service is consistently lacking. Given how frequently they are out of ingredients and how poor the service is, I can understand why this location has such a low rating. Honestly, a 1.9-star rating feels generous based on my experiences here. Significant improvements in management, inventory control, and customer service are needed.

  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to your establishment on June 7, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, this was the second occasion in which I experienced poor customer service and operational issues at this location. Upon arrival, several menu items were unavailable. There was no white rice available, and the remaining brown rice quickly ran out. Additionally, there was no steak and no black beans available. During food preparation, the associate failed to properly drain the pinto beans, causing my burrito bowl to leak and compromise the integrity of the meal. I also observed several employees standing idle while a group of individuals, who appeared to be friends or family members of staff, were loitering in the lobby. Their presence created a disruptive and unprofessional atmosphere for customers. Service was slow, and there appeared to be little focus on assisting customers in the restaurant. Instead, employees seemed primarily occupied with online and drive-thru orders. Furthermore, no manager was available to address concerns or oversee operations during my visit. After receiving my order and returning home, which is only about seven minutes away, I found the food to be completely cold. Normally, the heat from the ingredients is sufficient to melt the cheese, but in this case, the food was cold from the very first bite, indicating it was not served fresh. I am disappointed by the repeated negative experiences at this location and hope appropriate steps will be taken to improve food quality, inventory management, customer service, and overall restaurant operations.
