  This is by far the worst location I have been to. It’s been 45 minutes and I’ve still yet to receive my order, meanwhile watching people come in and out with food yet nothing when it comes to my order. Only have a limited time for lunch, and this is how we are treated? Unacceptable.

  Placed a mobile order on break, went to pickup, stood at the pickup counter for 20 minutes. Nothing, nada …ultimately resulting in a refund as the order set there and the crew member overlooked it when asked. Much to be desired when compared to other locations.

  Did the dine in service the other day. Server was nice and food came out accurate and pretty quickly. Issue was when I asked for something from my server outside of when I ordered, I did not get. For example, I asked for a Chick Fil A Sauce. I have no issue getting my butt up and getting it myself, but there is no sauce station like you find at other Chick Fil A restaurants. She never brought the sauces. She acknowledged when I asked and its like she completely forgot. I saw her come back to attend to other people in my seating area, but never brought them. I finally got up and looked around and found the sauce containers in the "extra sauce" bins by the trash cans. Server also forgot straws when she brought our drinks and walked away. I asked another server and she said she would get some and never did. Finally my original server came back and realized she never gave us our straws. Service was "ok", but probably the worst of any Chick Fil A I have been to and I have been to many different locations.

  Service leaves more to be desired. They ask for your name but then never actually call your name for the order?? But instead uses some descriptor for what you're wearing like blue shirt which was confusing as more than one person had on similar colors. Asked for half sweet and half unsweetened tea and was told that's not possible. The team members could use more training. Food takes a bit to come out, be prepared to wait a bit. Hope this resolves as they find their groove. I watched a person have a cup in hand with lid off waiting for someone to acknowledge them to get refills but workers just ignored them. This CFA is also interesting in the way that if you dine in you sit at a table and someone will come take your order. Carry out goes order at counter like normal. No drive thru but they have curbside delivery to you. There is a separate section inside for online pickup and door dash drivers. Some of those drivers were getting irate as they have been waiting a long time for the food. Parking lot can get a little chaotic during peak meal times.

  I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and it's my go-to for fast food whenever I am choose to eat it. Food is good and the staff (usually) are really nice people. Man, idk what's up with this one though. Maybe they had to lower the bar for the type of employees they hired? My receipt says one thing and they give me another. Example, I ordered two sprites and got a coke and a sprite. I went up to the counter and politely asked if they could swap it out because it was wrong. The woman looks at me and asks if I really want to swap it out? Um, yes? That's what I ordered and came back up for. Then I noticed after the fact that my strawberry milkshake was actually a cherry one, so they got that wrong too. Even when I was waiting, they were calling people's names that weren't their names. One woman was named Simone and they didn't even write that down. They just had "S" on the ticket so everyone was confused why they were shouting out a letter and no one was coming. Another guy's name was Pablo and they wrote down Polo. My experience over the years have been great with this company to the point where they even mark you down with the clothing you're wearing. This place? Something's wrong. I needed to go out of my way to get this food but I doubt I'll do that again unless I'm in the area. Sad if this is what Chick-fil-A is going to become as they aggressively expand.
