  Great Location... We Had Excellent Service By David... He Talked About The Zoo, Where He Lived In California And The Robot At Buffalo Wild Wings.... Gave Compliments To The Manager. Definitely Will Come Back Please Don't Close This Location....

  This is the worst Bdubs in SE MI. Avoid going here at all costs. The waitress was completely rude and didn’t acknowledge my family and I sitting there for quite some time. I had to grab a manager and explain how she was serving all tables around us and not us.

  During my visit, I received service from a server named Dianna. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. My table was not greeted until 15 minutes after arrival. On a non busy Sunday afternoon. My drink was not refilled in a timely manner, and a bottomless appetizer I ordered was not continued as advertised. Additionally, my beverage was not brought out until near the end of my meal. There was also an issue with my order being incorrect. When I brought this to the server's attention, I was told that I had ordered the item, which was not accurate. This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I also observed the server sitting at another table for an extended period while socializing with customers, which contributed to the lack of attentiveness. After raising my concerns with the manager, the situation escalated further when the server approached me directly to confront me about my complaint. This made me feel uncomfortable and is not an appropriate way to handle customer concerns.

  We go to bdubs a lot, and this was literally our worst experience. We had our family of 5 and my parents, on separate checks. This location has a printed paper sign/policy for 18% added for parties of 6 or more… well our waitress certainly knew that. From the moment she greeted us, until the very end, her attitude was terrible. Everything took the longest we ever had, and the place was not near even half capacity. The food was fine, but the service and atmosphere were embarrassingly bad. You can check my review history as well, I’m not a complainer. I tried to get the attention of the manager and he wanted absolutely nothing to do with us. We were patient and polite throughout, and seems to be a mistake at this point. It truly seemed like the waitress knew she was getting 18% for the tip no matter what she did. Food was entered incorrectly so many times, we stopped asking for the corrections at the end. We will drive father to make sure we never come back to this location again.

  I wish that I could give them 0 stars. I’ve never been to such a slow and uncaring restaurant. We had a waitress who seemed to think we were just a nuisance and that being our server was not her job. She was blond with a face tattoo. If you have her, run. I understand that people have bad days but this was her whole personality. I think we forgot to put in our order, our order then came out wrong, she never checked on us, and she sat behind the server area either on their computer or on her phone when we needed something and were trying to pay. On top of her, the manager wouldn’t even make eye contact with us or ask us how we were doing like he knew we were upset and didn’t want to deal with us. Will never come back to this location again.
