  Placed a web order online picked it up put it in the back seat I get home pick up the bag butter all over my seat called back explained wasn’t taken seriously and put on hold for 10 minutes never to get back so I drove up explained my situation about the butter on the seat she said that it didn’t matter but I drive a classic car so it does matter she said no to a refund I got my food remade to still have pounds of butter all in my food as someone who works in the fast food business this was handled terrible

  I walked in to pick up my online order and the 4 workers were standing behind the counter having a conversation with each other. Myself and the other person at the counter stood there for about 3-4 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Apparently their personal conversation was more important than helping customers. And to top it off the guy handing out the orders had AirPods in and never thought to see if anyone in line had an order ready to be picked up. He had his back turned to the customers the whole time. Oh and they handed me my order saying it’s ready to go but half of it wasn’t even in the bag. And when I told them I’m missing food they got an attitude like I was annoying them. Spend you money somewhere else where you aren’t treated like an inconvenience just for ordering from there.

  I tried cracking a joke with the lady with blue and black twists, about a cup left behind by a Dasher, and she just kept asking what the name on the order was. Didnt acknowledge either the empty cup sitting on the counter, or the fact that I said literally anything else. Honestly the janitor was the most hospitable person there... :(

  Service and atmosphere are nice but I couldn’t care less for there wings, not that it’s the cooks fault seasoning them but they’re all way too sickening salty. The only flavor I tried that wasn’t salty was mango habanero and that flavor was good but the others were gross and overly salty. Their fries were also old and sitting there but it is what it is, I went at 1 am and didn’t exactly expect much but the sauces in general were nasty besides the habanero mango.
