- HHHhApr 8, 20261.0If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the chicken was extremely salty and hard as a rock completely inedible. On top of that, the cookie I received was undercooked and raw in the middle. The food was honestly disgusting. I went back to request a refund, and the experience only got worse. The employee behind the counter refused to give me her name, even after I asked multiple times. She initially offered only a partial refund and questioned me about a drink that had nothing to do with the issue. I had already brought back the food, which clearly showed how unacceptable it was. The fact that I had to return at all due to such poor quality should have been enough to justify a full refund without any hassle. Eventually, they processed a refund but later I discovered it had been reversed without my knowledge. That is completely unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate and filing a formal complaint. This level of service and food quality is beyond disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
