  I walked in. Was the only person in line. No one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Everything was dirty. So I went to tropical smoothie and was taken care of immediately

  We had such a wonderful experience at this Panera Bread location today that I felt I had to leave a review. While having lunch with my family and little child, I accidentally left my wallet on the booth seat when we rushed out to continue our road trip. About an hour later, already on the road, I suddenly realized what had happened. We immediately turned around and called the location, honestly expecting the worst. The manager answered and calmly told us that the wallet was safe and waiting for us. When we arrived, everything was still there — all of my cards, driver’s license, work permit, and even the cash inside. Nothing was missing. In today’s world, honesty and kindness like this truly mean a lot. Huge thank you to the staff and management for your integrity, professionalism, and help. You turned a very stressful situation into a reminder that there are still good people out there. We are incredibly grateful. Thank you again!

  Placed a mobile app order for drive thru pick and was told that I have to come inside to pick up my order and they are not allowed to give orders through the drive thru anymore. Plus my order was wrong as well. I order a variety of bagels and I got a whole bag of cinnamon crunch bagels.

  Shoutout to the ladies at the Panera Bread Roseville store, 31960 Gratiot, 48066. I went to this store on Apr 23, 2026 about 3:3pm in the afternoon and was serviced by The Riley U, Riley B. Annabelle and Heaven. These ladies displayed remarkable customer service skills. They were kind and patient. Thanks for giving excellent service.   I honestly wanna rate this store a -2 however you can’t write a review until you give it a star as undeserving as it is to give this restaurant a one star, the drive-through employee was extremely impatient and rude and to top it off once I begin to eat my salad, I found dead flies in my food. After vomitingI returned to the store for a full refund. If you plan to eat here, check your food and your children’s food thoroughly.
