  My visit to Krispy Krunchy Chicken inside Imperial Liquor was amazing because the food tasted really good and was fresh The location of the store is great and easy to get to The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel welcome The store is also very neat clean and well organized Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Krispy Krunchy Chicken inside Imperial Liquor

  I called because I was near & was going to get food. When I got to google and seen the review about raw chicken. I said “I am going to call & make sure first” the manager acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about. First he said I was calling the wrong place. Then asked “if I was the one who bought it” & then told me I don’t have a right to call & make sure they’re not serving raw chicken. He said this was all a lie & they don’t serve raw chicken. But under the google review, there is clearly a picture & the owner apologizing. This is Ludacris Wow! Keep your families safe, don’t patronize them. THEY DO NOT CARE AND HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER

  I was excited to try their chicken sandwich as I have heard good things about it. However, unfortunately, I was unable to finish it since the chicken was raw in the middle. I wanted to give them a benefit of the doubt so I called and kindly asked for a replacement. I was basically called a liar because they “cook the chicken at 400 degrees for 7 minutes” (even though the gentleman preparing the sandwich said only 5 minutes). There was no resolution was made. I even offered to bring in evidence so they could see for themselves, but they declined. I am not one to post negative reviews, but I don’t think you should treat customers this way, especially for a new business.

  Great experience at Krispy Krunchy Chicken inside Imperial Liquor! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The store was very clean, organized, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Definitely a place I would recommend and come back to!
