  Okay, so I typically don't like leaving poor reviews. You never know if someone is just having a bad day, however, the wait time at this location is obscene?? I've stopped here a few times on the way to work, and even if there's only 2-3 people ahead of me, it's easily a 10-15 minute wait. It seems like there's only two people running everything.

  I’ve come here many times and lately they just stopped trying. I’ve tried to order a frozen coffee and when 1 specific ma works the drive thru, they claim to be out. Different worker, suddenly they have frozen coffee. I asked about it today and was told they were not in fact out, but they would have to turn on a machine and it would take too long. Instead of being honest, I get turned away. Not to mention the numerous times I’ve tried to order more than 1 item at the drive thru just to have them misunderstand and not have it when I get to the window, either not “in stock” or they had a hard time hearing and just didn’t bother to ask for clarification. This dunkin will be put out of business by the 7 brew opening across the street, don’t waste your time or money.

  This location is trash. Poor attitudes, long waits, mediocre service and food. Order takers can barely speak the language (no offense but that seems necessary). For a recently opened business you’d think they’d have the A squad working the morning traffic, nope…

  I spent 30 minutes in their drive through with 2 people ahead of me waiting to be served. Service was horribly slow and products were subpar at best.
