  So slow!!! Only 2 cars ahead and took nearly 5 minutes just to be greeted at drive threw screen

  Have been coming here since they opened (unfortunately) it’s the only one around…. They are always out of something… large cups… doughnuts…. Etc…. Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because once ur in the drive thru… you can’t get out cause of the curb…. Can’t believe this new beautiful store is failing so badly

  I’ve come here many times and lately they just stopped trying. I’ve tried to order a frozen coffee and when 1 specific ma works the drive thru, they claim to be out. Different worker, suddenly they have frozen coffee. I asked about it today and was told they were not in fact out, but they would have to turn on a machine and it would take too long. Instead of being honest, I get turned away. Not to mention the numerous times I’ve tried to order more than 1 item at the drive thru just to have them misunderstand and not have it when I get to the window, either not “in stock” or they had a hard time hearing and just didn’t bother to ask for clarification. This dunkin will be put out of business by the 7 brew opening across the street, don’t waste your time or money.
