  These people do not care about you or the food they serve you. All they care about is the money that you give them I was treated poorly because of a mistake on their end and my car was also ruined because of them. They blamed me for their mistake when I lived three blocks away there’s no way this should’ve been this way. they stated I took 10 minutes, but I didn’t even get my food right away when I cashed out in the driveway they’re going by the time on the receipt. This is incorrect because before I pulled off, I asked the lady to wipe it off because it was dripping, I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got across the street and my car was ruined and needs to be clean now. They’ll try to gaslight you and use manipulation tactics when they’re in the wrong

  It’s never anyone in the drive thru or in the store. Seems so slow whenever I come. Sad because the food is always fresh and the guy is always nice.

  These new owners have run this place right into the ground. I’ve watched for 30 years of lines all the way down Gratiot waiting to get in there to get an ice cream our hour and a half waits. There’s never a line there anymore. I went tonight. ordered a simple sundae, medium sundae, vanilla ice cream, caramel pecans, whipped cream chocolate they missed the caramel, not one starch of caramel on the sundae. They didn’t miss charging me the seven bucks for it but no caramel this is now the third order in a row that they’ve screwed up. I’m all done never will go back. All of my neighbors are not going there anymore either.

  I ordered a choco strawberry dipped blizzard and added cheesecake bites. I received 2 crumbs of cheesecake on the top so I assumed the blizzard had cheesecake so I drove home. I arrive and start eating to find no cheesecake bites throughout my entire blizzard. Very upsetting.

  Ordered a Fruity pebble shake it was great and I enjoyed it until the end. I seen a long hair pressed in between the cup and the lid. The last gulp of the delicious shake ruined knowing I drank that entire shake with a long piece of hair in it. I had to spit it out that last gulp in disgust. Went back and they didn’t take care of anything they only said we will make sure not to do it next time. Never returning after that response.
