  If you order delivery from this location, it will most likely not be how you want it. I got no extra anything including double wrap. Restaurant is also dirty a lot whenever I go into it. They hired some new guy and he does not shred the beef barbacoa properly. It's a shame because they are nice people that work there but they can be lazy.

  The chicken bowl that I ordered was terrible. Almost every piece of chicken was actually fat. It was inedible.

  love this location, but destiny on the cash register around noon 7/7 had a very rude attitude towards me and everybody else that was in the line at the time. if you hate your job so much that ur throwing things in the bag and being rude… find a new one.

  Found plastic in food. Ordered food yesterday and chips were stale. That's fine but I microwaved it today and found something unusual in my mouth. I took it out and it was a ball of plastic after I unravelled it. Already submitted complaint online to Chipotle website and waiting for refund.

  I wish I could give this location zero stars. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had here. I came in with my kids and ordered bowls, and while the employee preparing the food was kind, everything went downhill at checkout. I was told I was being charged for double chicken and double guac when I absolutely did NOT receive double portions. I calmly explained that if it had been double, I would have gladly paid for it — but it simply wasn’t. The employee who made the food even confirmed that it was not double. Despite this, the cashier continued to argue and insisted on charging extra. Her attitude made it seem like she was the victim, when in reality I was just trying to avoid being charged for something I didn’t get. It was extremely frustrating and honestly embarrassing to deal with in front of my children. I asked for a manager, and while the manager was polite and did apologize (which I appreciated), the situation had already been handled so poorly that I no longer felt comfortable staying. I ended up leaving the food there and walking out. This was not about money — it was about being treated fairly and with basic respect. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations and have never experienced anything like this. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
