  Whoever the manager or general manager is, is quite rude. We went in with coupons received in the mail. We attempted to use them and she told us it wasn’t for their location. Both myself and daughter together heard the same this. However, she agreed to provide us with the discount. While waiting on our order we confirmed said coupons had this specific location on the coupon. Ok then. We moved past that. We get our food and when I stayed was missing a shake I was told I didn’t order 3 but one was a regular drink. I did actually order 3 shakes not 2. No the order was not read back to me and no I did not check the receipt assuming what I had requested was on the order. At the point my adult daughter told said woman she was being rude. I attempted to state about the coupon issue only to be told that she actually said the coupon was not in the system. Now frustrated. I decide to leave a drink short just to get out. Get home only to find yet another item I did pay for was not even in the bag. This is common with this location and usually I check the bag before leaving to ensure we get everything just chocking it up to workers being busy. After today…we won’t be back. To the young woman training who initiated our order…great customer service. It’s sad when a new hire provides better service than a manager who should be a good role model but what do I know.

  Arby’s has always been a dependable place whenever I’m looking for something different from the typical fast-food burger. Their menu offers a great variety of sandwiches, and I appreciate having so many options to choose from. The roast beef sandwiches are consistently fresh, and I enjoy trying some of their limited-time menu items whenever they’re available. The employees have always been friendly and efficient during my visits, and my orders have been accurate and prepared quickly. The restaurant has been clean, and the overall experience has been consistently positive. It’s clear that the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly, even during busy meal times. If you’re looking for a fast meal with more variety than most fast-food restaurants, Arby’s is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll continue coming back whenever I’m in the mood for one of their sandwiches or curly fries.

  Drive through is cocky and intentional about giving the wrong sauce. The man on speaker asked me 3 times what sauce ( Marnara). and kept he kept asking if i want ranch. After 4 times of repeating myself he said ok. Then put bbq sauces in my bag instead of what i asked for. Mozzarella sticks do not farewell with barbecue sauce! So i feel its intentional! When i went in the building to get the right sauce nobody wanted to address me. One gentleman waiting before me gave up and walked out as he had been waiting so long. So as much as i like the food from arbys... Avoid this location! The workers want this location to collapse obviously as it already has a low rating and the service begs for poor ratings

  I spent $68 here. The wait was super long the kitchen staff wasn't organized on taking orders or filling orders. My order was wrong! And my bread to my sandwiches was severely burnt!!!

  I came 12 minutes before closing, this lady told me “hi we will be right with you in a minute” so I said okay, I was waiting there until they close, she did not come back to say anything. I went to the window and she said “we are closed”. Even at 10 minutes from closing, if you know you can’t serve anyone anymore, just say you are closed, don’t tell me to wait that you will be back with me soon then let me just wait there and when I inquired you tell me you are closed, that’s just rude. And that’s her right there.
