My 1st time stopping in. The girls that finally took our order really didn't know what was on the menu other than ghe blonde and told me and my husband when her asked about a smoothie that we should go to tropical smoothie instead. After she took the order ran back to the other girls to finish their giggling very unprofessional. When we got our drinks the lid was not on mine all the way plus there was a few hairs hanging out of the cup. GROSS JUST GROSS!! Plus we sat there for 15 minutes for the 1 car in front of us. Now I know way the cars are lined up on Gratoit very slow service for a Monday around 1pm

I love the coffee and the staff is amazing. However, I feel that getting my full order correct ks 50/50 at best. I usually get a iced coffee for my wife and I. But half the time kt is usually the wrong coffee or the wrong size. The issue with coming back and getting the right one is the line is long. I hate complaining and most of the time the coffee mix up is mixed up with something that I like. But today i got a pumpkin roll and was given Cinnamon Roll not what I wanted today. Its Pumpkin Season for a reason !

I love this place and they have the best baristas in the morning time If I've ever had a complaint about one of my drinks being a little different than they have before their manager, Grayson has taken care of me every single time him and the staff are great I love this location. I love the people that work here. They're very kind, very helpful and they help start off your morning commute with the best coffee around town 😂😂

You can tell the entire team genuinely enjoy their jobs. The coffee was amazing, I got all sugar free flavors and syrup along with skim milk. The flavor was so strong and pleasant. The prices are also super reasonable, I got 2 medium coffees and it was $12. I don’t want to name names but you’d be looking at 15-18 for two medium drinks with customizations elsewhere. I recommend building your order ahead of time and saving it in the app, that way you can make all the crazy alterations you want without having to worry about misspeaking or there being any input errors. Thank you 7brew team for the great experience, will for sure become my new regular coffee spot. 🤎

I absolutely love the atmosphere at 7 Brew! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and they truly make you feel like a number one customer. The service is always amazing, and I always leave with a smile! And I have to give a special shoutout to Gabby W. — she is the BEST! She literally saved me from a bee 😂🐝 and was so sweet and helpful. Such an amazing experience all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
