  7 Brew has easily become one of my favorite places to stop! I absolutely love the 7 Energy drinks and always look forward to trying different flavor combinations. The drinks are consistently amazing, but the customer service is what really makes the experience. Paige Brown especially deserves a shoutout! She is always so sweet, upbeat, and welcoming. She has such a bubbly and contagious energy that instantly puts you in a good mood. She makes every interaction feel genuine and is always so helpful and friendly. People like Paige are exactly what make you want to keep coming back. Definitely recommend 7 Brew!

  My partner and I get coffee here at least once a week. It's always the highlight of the morning! They have so many flavors and drink types. If you don't want coffee, they have energy drinks, frozen drinks, and tea. They also have pretty tasty muffin tops! The employees are all super nice and we enjoy chatting with them while we order. If you become a regular, your profile stores your repeat orders so you can order your drink quickly. We love it and are always coming back!

  My Granddaughter was ecstatic when 7 Brew came to our area. She first tried it at college, in Tiffin Ohio, and has been hooked ever since. Today I picked her and I iced mocha. DELISH!! Better than that, I had a young man named Key take my order, and expedite my service by being aware of the flow of customers in the drive through. Key was very professional and has Excellent people skills. He has knowledge of the product and the processes of 7 Brew. I then moved forward to get my order. Gabby was the delightful young lady who gave me my order. She, too, has Excellent people skills. She was polite and cheerful . Key and Gabby treated me well, and I genuinely felt valued as a customer. This 7 Brew is now my favorite coffee destination. Great coffee, great service, great people!

  Had a really great experience here today. The whole visit was quick and easy, but what really made it stand out was the service I received from Ayva. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted, and she was incredibly patient and helpful with figuring out my order and recommending what would work best for me. She was genuinely friendly throughout the entire interaction and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare that customer service alone makes you want to come back somewhere, but Ayva definitely did that for me. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at 7 Brew.

  My friend and I tried 7brew for the first time and were met with an extremely rude employee who took our order. They weren’t very busy at this time yesterday around 7PM. We asked her how she was and she said she had nothing good to say lol. I began to order a blondie that had a total of two extra syrups, caramel drizzle and cold foam that i got from TikTok. She literally cut me off from ordering and said “is this a tiktok drink?” i said “yes, i got it from tiktok since this is my first time here” she legit walked away from the car and said “I'm not taking this order if its a tiktok drink” we were shocked to say the least. She came back, i guess this was her idea of a joke or sarcasm, she took our order and basically told me to order something different since the extra syrups were “too similar” she read them off and they literally had all different flavors combined. Which at this point, i gave up because i was not having it. She also made sure to let us know that her other coworkers would be way less nice to us than her trying to order a TikTok drink. We left with three drinks (other two didn’t get any complaints from her, i guess they were more simple) which were good and the other staff was very kind, i just wished i could’ve gotten what i wanted without feeling like i was doing something wrong by ordering a tiktok drink (even though this place is highly publicized due to tik tok and its literally just adding syrups).
