- SSSandy StilleyJun 6, 20261.0I’d give this zero stars if able. I was here and excited to start my vacation to Miami. I was here before they were scheduled to open and the first customer. The waitress said the kitchen was not open yet and then took two other people’s orders. I had to chase the waitress down and ask her to come back to take our order. After an hour and a half, the waitress appeared and asked what I ordered and I told her; I also told myself I’d only wait ten more minutes. Ten minutes later: she said the kitchen was working on the mushrooms and proceeded to serve two other customers hot food and omelets and wraps. Lastly, she brought out my food about ten more minutes later. I let the waitress know I was no longer interested in the food. She said you can speak to a manager so I did. I’d never even attempt to eat here again. Customer service: do better people. Chick fil a helped me and in under two minutes.

The grilled chicken Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing was fresh and delicious. I actually highly recommend. Great corner spot with plenty of sunlight through the windows.
- BFBrandon FordMay 5, 20261.0Order the steak here at your own risk. From what I can tell, they microwave pre-seared, frozen steaks on the other side of the partition. There is no grill, as I assume the airport would not allow it. It was doubtlessly sheer hubris on Outback's part to assume their brand would be able to successfully deliver their product in such a setting. Ordered a medium rare ribeye, paid nearly double the normal price while only getting one side instead of the standard two (airport pricing, that's typical enough), and received the driest piece of well done meat I have ever eaten in my life. The server was understanding and gave me a discount, but the food was still terrible.
