  Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to, they evidently have no speed of service. Rude employees at drive thru especially the 1st window when paying. Not my fault you chose McDonald's as a career. Horrible customer service fries are always cold as well. Get it together

  Went in and placed our order. They were pretty busy no big deal. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hash browns simple. We then noticed the wait was a pretty long wait. It was longer than it should have taken especially with our simple order. I thought well its fine I'll deal with it but it better be hot when we finally get it. Well 37 minutes after ordering we finally got our order sat down and it WASNT hot. It was room temp at most.

  I was paying with a card and I was told I had to go in and use it. The food took forever to come out. Hated the fact that people in the drive-threw get their food fast then the lobby people. The staff is rude and not friendly. I will not come here again.

  Every single time I come here they are backed up and getting orders wrong and making you wait forever. Last time I waited 25 minutes when no one was ahead of me because they somehow messed up my order. The bun on my hamburger was hard..couldn’t even eat it. Most workers are mute and don’t say anything to you.

  This is a rating for the web version. I hate that it does not allow an individual to view the menu online. At least it will not for me. It continues to force to the app. If I wanted to use the app, I would have opened the app. Why can't I just look online. I'm open for suggestions if this is user error.
