- BBBreslinSep 11, 20261.0I’m not one to write a review, especially not a poor one but today I went into this establishment for lunch with some buddies, we all ordered individually and my friends got their food in a rapid manner. I was waiting for about 15 minutes or so and still hadn’t received my order. I went up to the front and asked about my order and they said they had already put it out in front and called out the order. I was in the closest possible booth to the pickup area and me and all my buddies never heard or saw my order be placed out. One of the workers, Emily said she had already put my order out in a very disrespectful, sassy manner. I asked how it was my fault for someone else possibly grabbing my order and she gave no direct answer and kept on mouthing off saying it was my fault in a VERY unprofessional way. She continued to banter on about how she had already placed it out and I should’ve grabbed it taking no accountability whatsoever, even after she had walked out of sight still continuing her rant directed towards me, loud enough to where I and everyone in the building could clearly hear causing a scene. There was never any apology for my 20+ minute wait or the disrespect. Finally, after all this unfolded I had probably another additional 5 ish minutes to get my food.

The random times we order from here because my kids really want Jimmy John's is rough for me because I know that only 1 out of 5 sandwiches are going to be made correctly because it doesn't have any customisations. Unless I stand there and tell them what to do my sandwich is never right. I can't believe that it's that hard to read a piece of paper.
- UAUrsula (AstraDaemon)Jul 29, 20265.0I've never been inside any JJ's, but I've ordered delivery from the Rockford, MI location many times over the years, as well as a store in Rapid City, SD. Both stores, states apart, gave me the same quality sandwiches...there wasn't a difference, which is amazing! The Rockford location has never messed up our orders, always delivers in a timely manner and the drivers are always friendly. The sandwiches are a thousand times better than our local Subway or Jersey Mike's, and the prices are lower. I highly recommend for when you don't want to cook or eat pizza.
