  Had good experiences in the past, however when online ordering was unavailable I attempted to call the restaurant four times to verify the menu and what was available for order. However, you cannot get past the AI lady on the phone to talk to anyone. She just keeps saying “I’m sorry I can’t answer questions about the menu”. Even if you ask to speak to a team member she hangs up. Disappointing.

  Food was not good and not fresh. Place was the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been in and it’s not even close. Not a single table was clean, the garbage was overflowing and behind the counter was a mess everywhere like it hadn’t been cleaned since the night before. It’s one thing if it was busy, but we were the only people there and there wasn’t a worker to be found. I expect far more than this and am disgusted and thankful I don’t live in Rockford so I never have to think about going back. The picture I provided doesn’t even do this experience justice. No excuse for being lazy and not caring.

  My boyfriend picked up our dinner from the Rockford chipotle tonight and every worker there seemed to be very high or under the influence. When I got home with my burrito I took a bite to realize that it was not carnitas but instead the plant based protein. Very disappointing and nerve wracking as we are an allergy family and things could have gone much worse very easily if the wrong person ate it. I’m very disappointed with this experience and hopefully a manager gets involved with what seems to be a common issue with the night crew at this location.

  I normally never review chains, because chains are intended to be consistent and most people already know if they like them or not. That being said, this location has issues. The food is normally good, however ALWAYS double check your takeout order or just take the time to go inside and watch them build your meal. You will be missing items, every single time, without fail. Whether it be an ingredient or a whole item, your order will never be correct unless you're witnessing it being made and can interject. Staff also seems entirely unmotivated and disinterested. All of these issues point to poor management. No one seems to be properly training the staff, keeping them engaged and happy, and is definitely not inspecting what they expect from their team. Edit: gave them another shot and the state of our food was almost insulting when I got it home.

  This is without a doubt, the worst run restaurant I’ve ever been to. Constantly out of items. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. How is this chipotle even still in business? I have no idea tonight. I ordered a chicken burrito and chips. I pick it up in the drive-through window. No mention that there’s any issues luckily at this time I actually checked my bag in the drive-through no chips. So then I go inside greet by unfriendly girl I say I didn’t get any chips and she said we’re out of chips. And if I want to refund, I have to call 81 800 number or they were friendly enough to offer me queso for chips that I can’t use lol. I’m telling you right now this is my last time at this restaurant.
