  This will be the last time I ever try this place. If you order online good luck getting it. Tried to go to the bathroom while waiting forever, and ALL the toilet paper and paper towels were out in both bathrooms. I alerted the staff then waited another 15 minutes and still didn’t have my one taco. Trash is overflowing in the lobby. This place is mismanaged. Try a different location.

  I haven't had Chipotle in years and we had a gift card to use. The portions were HUGE, my burrito made me two meals. I really do not understand the bad reviews, we had a great experience

  It’s actually impressive how consistently poor this specific store is. On back-to back-to back orders, they have messed up or just completely left items out of my order. Then when trying to correct it, employees don’t say a word and dismiss you. Go to any other chipotle, even if it’s another 15 minutes out of the way.

  Chipotle in Rockford!?! Whoa, never thought I'd see the day and I still dont think I ever will. Please shut this location down or give it a ton of TLC, or even better, put it on Kitchen Nightmares. I love chipotle, it is one of the few fast food places that I feel I can get a filling and decently healthy meal. For that reason, I was so happy when I heard one opened near me and no longer would I have to trek to GR for a good chipotle burrito. Sadly, that has not changed. This location is ran with so little care that I thought I was at the Michigan St. Mcdonalds. This Chipotle is frankly a joke and hands down the worst location in the state, if not the nation. I wouldn't usually advocate for a group of low paid individuals to lose their jobs, but this location needs to shut down. It's pretty evident that no one in Rockford wants to eat here.

  The last time we ordered food here we were disappointed in the customer service & missing items/quality of food. It’s been over a year and we decided to give it another chance. Bad choice. Food was not ready during pick up (they said they were making it and it was already past the promised pick up time), and then when I got my food, I checked to see if they put everything in there and saw chips were missing. When I inquired about it, they said they ran out of chips (like… maybe tell the customer that before giving them their order…). To make it worse the employee wasn’t willing to do anything to make up for that. No extra flour tortillas, no refund, no nothing. He said there was nothing he could do. So we basically paid for something we didn’t get. Once home, I discovered the flour tortillas were completely cold, and the salad/greens looked like it had gone bad. Definitely the very last time we ever waste money at this chipotle.
