I use them almost monthly for these large orders. I always come in advance to let them know what I need, which is usually 20-40 smoothies at a time. I need them at a specific time and I have never had an issue. All of my smoothies are perfect and on time for my pick up! The staff is always friendly and willing to help with whatever I might need. The manager, Lisa, is FANTASTIC!!!!! She always assures me that my order(s) will be ready on time and they are more than happy to accommodate me! Whenever I walk in, she has a smile ready for me, knows my first name and asks me what I need! Excellent service always! Friendly staff always! Handles what I throw at them with ease and professionalism always!!!!

I asked why since they are open until 9am. She says because they already cashed out. They are busy cleaning.. I would walk right back out but had promised my kids smoothies.. I dare not to order food because I felt everyone was annoyed I was even there. I love the food and the smoothies .. please improve your customer service.. you are open until 9pm .. be there fir your customers .. we come here all the time.

When I walked in, a gentleman was in the area where the proteins and add ons are, saw me walk in, and said nothing. There was another girl near the food prep area who looked at me as she put on her gloves and said nothing. The only one who would get a pass was the girl on drive thru. I was standing at the register because I wasn’t aware of their online pickup area and was ignored the whole time. I finally noticed the online pickup spot and helped myself but I stopped and asked them if they were okay before I left because this really confused me
