  Great tasting pizzas. Excellent service. We ordered pizzas for delivery and the pizzas were delivered with care. The only hiccup was that we were missing a pizza and we're not compensated for it when asked for. Other than that all was good.

  I ordered for pickup on August 19 at 9:08 p.m. What should have been a simple family pizza night turned into a frustrating mess from start to finish. First, the website double-charged my card. One of the charges pulled $23.32 from my account and placed a 10-day hold. When I called the store, I was essentially told there was nothing on their end and that I’d have to deal with my bank myself. No apology, no attempt to help resolve it—just “not our problem.” When I got home and opened the boxes, it was clear the order hadn’t been made with any care. I specifically requested square-cut pizzas. They arrived cut the normal way and not even fully sliced through. I asked for the pizzas well-done; they were not. I requested light sauce and received almost none at all. There was barely any onion, the toppings were unevenly scattered, and the whole order looked rushed. The pizza itself tasted dry and lifeless. I’ve delivered for years and used to pick up from this location regularly. The pizzas used to be solid—consistent, properly made, worth recommending. That is no longer the case. The quality has clearly slipped. Honestly, a basic kids’ Hot-N-Ready or even the $2.99 frozen pizzas from Kroger have come out better than what I received here. As one of the few Papa John’s options nearby, I wanted to treat my family to something decent. Instead we got under-sauced, skimpy on onion, poorly cut, dry pizza that didn’t match the instructions and didn’t justify the hassle of the double charge. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

  Order a pizza at 10:15. They close at 11. Order canceled at 10:40. After I drove out here. Change your hours. 45 minutes before close isn't anything crazy. It's a 1 topping large, not a catering order.

  The pizza looked presentable, which was great! It ought to be after driving 20 min each way and spending $40 on 2 large pizzas and 2 orders of bread. The quality sure has changed from what I remember. Now it's just doughy as can be with mediocre flavors. Sorry, just being honest here. I don't eat a whole lot of pizza but I have been craving Papa John's for a long time and finally got around to it. Went to pick up my order and they asked what the name was on the order and I told them Christian, they then read the side of one of the boxes and insisted that the name on it was Christina, I'm like are you kidding, standing right here...think I'd know my own name. Sure enough, the box had my name spelled correctly. I'm over it, no worries. --UPDATE-- I received a response from somebody who said they were the owner, the response has now been deleted from what I can see. It's simply not there anymore. With that said, I tried to respond to the reply by emailing as requested only to have the email kicked back and say that no such address exists...see pics

  There was no flavor to are pizza it taste like the box. You need to put more Flavoring in to your pizza and what with the one pepper
