  Mezza Mediterranean Grille is seriously one of the best Mediterranean spots in Rochester Hills! The Chicken Shawarma Sandwich was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and incredible quality for the price. The hummus and garlic dip were also outstanding and tasted homemade and fresh. What really made the experience special was the service. The owner and employees were extremely courteous, generous, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their food. Amazing atmosphere, amazing people, and amazing food. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Mediterranean food!

  The place is practically empty and you have to wait to get acknowledged. The menus are dirty with dried food. The owner comes up and offers hummus and i said garlic sauce… he comes back several minutes later with both. Just my son and I eating lunch in. We order what would be about $20 total and i was supposed to get rice and a salad with my meal and no rice was on my plate. The bill comes after a long wait and the total is $38.56 for a lunch! He has $12.40 for hummus, $1.90 for garlic sauce (which i didn't mind paying-that is reasonable and i did ask for it) i felt bad because the place was dead! But he charged me for thr salad $2 and the menu said it was included. A total of $18 in additional fees above the menu description is just unacceptable! To top it off he has dogs there- which should be a violation of the health code. The chicken was like rubber and the veggies were hard. The salad I paid for came 2 mins before my meal so it got thrown out with the trash. He will never get my business again! I regret tipping him at all as I reflect on my experience but I some how felt bad if I didn’t. Maybe if he reads this he will be better at communicating prices especially for a quick lunch! If he is gonna offer hummus and bring it anyway it should be a portion that the group can eat not a $12.40 portion! I could have taken my son out for steak and lobster for that lunch bill!
