  Walking in, no one greeted me. Someone was making sandwiches two people were nowhere to be seen that worked there. Finally, when they asked me for my order, there was zero friendliness and when my sandwich is ready, I heard a faint calling out and thought G I wonder if that’s me I’m sure enough it was just poor customer service all the way around.

  Rude and unprofessional staff that is not capable of quality service. Pricing does not align with quality of food or customer service. Way too many alternatives to be donating to this marketing flop.

  I love jimmy johns. I really do, but never again will I ever order for delivery. I ordered a deli every for 11:45 and it just got delivered to me at 12:40. If they do not have enough drivers cause they are too swamped, they will go through a third party (uber eats) which will take a day and a half to get to you. Actual BS. Not the drivers fault through uber but damn, they should definitely call their customers that ordered delivery and tell them that it is going through a third party and that will take an hour longer than expected. 2nd the employee that I spoke to regarding the situation didn’t seem to give a care. They credited the order $15 but now my lunch is basically over so I have no time to enjoy my food.
