    They forgot the honey in the dessert. The food was ok at best, not worth the price tag. Order at a kiosk, there is no instructions on drinks. Small portions, not worth the time to go here.

    Spoke to a worker who refused to give me his name. He responded when his coworkers called him “Colby”. He was sny and rude and offered no help when my bowl was messed up and NOT corrected to the receipt . Apparently patience does garner patience because his eye rolls and scuffs were not the type of energy I was giving him.

    Pretty disappointed honestly. I’ve been ordering from here the last week, some of my items seemed to have been made w care and love.. the other times complete laziness and carelessness. I already filed on the app my complaint but never received anything from my complaint. I still have video/picture proof of my parfait having two hairs in it, which resulted me in losing out on my dinner because I threw it away. I understand things happen, as I myself have worked in food 10+ years. But what I have never experienced was not getting reimbursed. I hope your staff can read this review and reflect on it and take proper precautions in further orders/transactions. For the price of your food + your delivery fees, I’d definitely expect some reimbursement. But it’s been days and I’m assuming I’m not getting anything but a “it’s our birthday today! Enjoy 30% off!” Thanks honeygrow.

    I’ve been here twice, earlier today being my second time in a week. Both times had me stuffing myself full with the delicious noodles (although next time I’m for sure adding more spice). This time, I chose to dine-in with others and the service was great. Our server, Marco, was very warm and welcoming; additionally, he was efficient in delivering our order and cleaning it up. My only regret this time around was not grabbing a small snack to go and adding a large tip for the excellent experience! I would highly recommend stopping by if in Rochester, especially since those with dietary restrictions can easily modify the meal recipe to exclude, substitute out, or double up ingredients.

    Gabby was a great displeasure to interact with. Been going here daily whether in store or in the app ordering for delivery. its a shame that her customer service skills make me rethink even wanting to even come to this establishment again. Ordered off the kiosk around 7:40 pm using my mobile number (which on the screen it told me once the order was completed it would send me a message) and decided to wait in our car bc it was cold inside the store, thinking i would receive a text when ready. By around 805 we had never received a message so went in store to see if it was ready(it seemed busy at the time) and were greeted with completely awful customer service from Gabby , then a wrongly made order. She let me know that the order had been placed 30 minutes ago and that she had already given out the order to someone else. I let her know that I was waiting in my car for a confirmation text and she proceeded to tell me that their system wasn’t sending out text messages. It doesn’t seem like a problem on my end because I was never informed that the system wasn’t sending out messages. A simple “ I’m so sorry, my system seems to not be sending out messages right now. Let me get that remade for you as soon as possible.” instead you have a terrible manager running the store. Gabby also claimed it was her store and she could kick me out. All over a simple misunderstanding. What a shame
