  Drove 25 minutes for the saw on ground beef. When I got there the meat counter had a sign saying open 10-2. Finally, someone came and asked me if I needed something. I replied. Yes I wanted some ground beef that was on sale. She went looking for the manager of the store who was supposedly running the meat counter. She said if she couldn’t find him she would help me. She was walking around the store with gloves, touching things and she had on a shirt that had a lot of human hair all over it. She found the manager, and then she directed me towards the front where they had the prepackaged to meat. I did not want the prepackaged meat. I wanted it fresh from the counter. The package meat was package yesterday and the other stuff was fresh today. I asked him if I could have it from the counter. He replied now it’s the same. Regardless of it’s the same or not that’s not what I wanted. I was a customer and I was going to buy 8 pounds of ground beef from him. I will never go back there again!

  The Rochester store was open at 9 like posted but beware the meat shop DOES NOT OPEN until 10 even though there is a butcher standing there ignoring you. Troy location is 100% open.

  Amy was very slow and unproductive as a cashier. Moved at a snails pace and took entirely too long to scan anything then made matters worse by choosing to bag every individual item as she scanned it when she clearly saw me standing there ready to bag items to speed up. If you want to improve the store, FIRE AMY.
