  I’ve had consistently great experiences with Fresh Thyme in Rochester Hills, especially at the deli. There have been several times when I’ve stopped in on a short lunch break and the deli selection was running low, and instead of simply telling me they were out, the staff has gone out of their way to make something fresh for me. I really appreciate that level of customer service, especially when they’re clearly working through the challenge of finding dependable help. Even when they’ve been short-staffed, the employees I’ve dealt with have remained friendly, accommodating, and willing to make sure I leave with what I came in for. On occasion, they’ve even offered me a discount for the additional wait, which I never expect but certainly appreciate. That kind of consideration goes a long way. Fresh Thyme Rochester Hills has earned my business because the staff continues to make an effort even when circumstances aren’t ideal. Great people, great food, and a team that genuinely tries to take care of its customers.

  This place keeps letting me down. Went today for there prepared ribs, special of the week. Didn't have them. It was 4:30. In there ad it bost grab them for dinner. Now I have to find something to cook.

  Drove 25 minutes for the saw on ground beef. When I got there the meat counter had a sign saying open 10-2. Finally, someone came and asked me if I needed something. I replied. Yes I wanted some ground beef that was on sale. She went looking for the manager of the store who was supposedly running the meat counter. She said if she couldn’t find him she would help me. She was walking around the store with gloves, touching things and she had on a shirt that had a lot of human hair all over it. She found the manager, and then she directed me towards the front where they had the prepackaged to meat. I did not want the prepackaged meat. I wanted it fresh from the counter. The package meat was package yesterday and the other stuff was fresh today. I asked him if I could have it from the counter. He replied now it’s the same. Regardless of it’s the same or not that’s not what I wanted. I was a customer and I was going to buy 8 pounds of ground beef from him. I will never go back there again!
