I had placed an online order and 25 minutes later, I get an alert that the order was cancelled. No explanation. The online chat bot is useless and I assumed I’d be able to call and try to figure out what happened or how to reorder but after 10 minutes on the phone attempting to get through AI, I give up.

I’ve given this restaurant numerous chances—at least 10 orders—and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. The portion sizes are extremely small for the prices being charged, and I no longer feel that I’m receiving reasonable value for my money. At this point, repeated apologies or responses to reviews aren’t enough. Customers deserve to see actual improvements in portion consistency, quality, and service. When the same problems continue happening order after order, it becomes very difficult to justify giving this location another chance. I’ve been more than patient, but I will not be ordering from this location again. I’ll be taking my business to the competition down the road instead. I sincerely hope ownership takes these complaints seriously and makes meaningful changes, because this location is not representing the Chipotle brand well.
