- LHlynx hi1 day ago1.0Genuinely the worst chipotle in the state. Whoever that girl that runs the line is she’s genuinely the meanest girl ever. The lady at the register doesn’t know how to count. You guys need to hire people who are good at pretending that they like their job.
- LYLauren Yang3 days ago1.0Literally the most unsufficient place to ever eat. Service is horrible I don't even know who runs the place but they shouldn't definitely not be running a franchise. Cannot even get their orders right and refused to complete the order even after showing the receipt. Horrible manager would never ever come to this place to eat even if I was starving.
- MBM BOct 4, 20261.0Employee's ignore you when you wait there. Then items always are missing. The last time they refused to refund me what was missing. I do not recommend. The food is ok, but you can find similar food elsewhere that has better service.
- JMJedi MindtrickedOct 3, 20261.0This is easily the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever visited—and having frequented them across the country since the 1990s (including the original Denver location on Evans Ave), that's saying a lot. Save yourself the headache and go to the location on North Rochester Road instead. The management at this Adams Road spot is completely incompetent, and the service reflects it.
- GEGrant EvansSep 17, 20261.0Myself and 5 other people waited in line for the chicken to be done on the grill, we were told 5-10 minutes. After the 10 minutes was up we were then told that all the chicken on the grill was for a catering order that came in and that we would have to wait another 25 to 30 minutes for chicken. They wasted a good 20 minutes of our time telling us that we were going to get food when in reality they told us we could not have any of it. This place is awful. It is super dirty. Ran terribly. The staff is always complaining the are always closing early and when I mean early, I mean 2 to 3 hours early. They are cleaning up done making chicken. Will refuse to make food for you. It is absolutely ridiculous. they should be closed or re-staffed.
