  Dirty restaurant, staff are lazy, rude, slow, dis-respectful and intentionally give you bad portions, not sure how this location has not been shut down yet. Staff desperately needs re-training or replacing.

  The service is so bad, I'm not gonna go at this place anymore. The workers are too slow, the chicken is always burnt, and the quality they serve is the lowest among all Chipotle chains. Now I know why you have 2.7 stars rating.

  I ordered a burrito with chips for delivery, and I got a quesadilla with corn - completely wrong order. Absolutely ridiculous. However, this isn’t the first time. This particular location messed up every delivery order I placed from here (it’s the closest one to me). Don’t give this place your money, there’s a ton of other restaurants to eat at near by

  Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty. There were 20+ people waiting in line, yet no one worked the line for nearly 10 minutes. When someone finally came out, they made one order at a time, then stopped to check that customer out before starting the next order. Meanwhile, several other employees stayed in the back pretending to be busy, and two workers clocked out and left while the line kept growing. Multiple customers gave up and walked out. Corporate needs to read the reviews for this location, because this is not a one-day issue. This is clearly the normal everyday experience at this location. Terribly managed.

  This is honestly the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. The place is always dirty and disorganized, and today was the final straw. I stopped in for lunch and was told they were out of chicken. The employee said it would be ready in 2–3 minutes, so I waited. Fifteen minutes later, I was still standing there, and only then did someone start cutting the chicken. That means the chicken had been sitting on the grill the entire time, getting more and more overcooked. When I finally got my food, the chicken was completely burnt. One side of many of the pieces was literally black and hard as a rock. It was so overcooked that I couldn’t even eat most of it. I honestly don’t understand how anyone looked at that chicken and thought it was acceptable to serve to a customer. The lack of care at this location is unbelievable. Between the long wait, the misleading wait time, the dirty restaurant, and the burnt food, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be coming back, and I seriously hope management starts holding employees accountable and hires people who actually care about the quality of the food they’re serving.
