Bravos has been a staple restaurant for my family since I was little. We have moved away but every time we come back to Rochester, we always make sure to stop by. Everything is so fresh and the staff is so nice especially Tere’ definitely go check out bravo!

Tonight we dined on chopped salads which were very good. The entrees left a lot to be desired. My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs which he described as very dry. It needed more sauce. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese with gluten free pasta. My first serving came with crunchy noodles so it was remade. The second serving was only slightly undercooked but the sauce was cold. The third serving looked like the second one reheated. The pasta was mush but firm. I left three quarters of the serving and gave up eating my dinner. My husband had been finished with his meal for more than 20 minutes. The waitress removed my entree from our bill and I tipped her well because she was an excellent server. I do not think we will be returning for a while.

Standards have dropped so much since the last time I was here. To begin with I ordered shrimp Napoli, there was barely any Napoli sauce on it. I ordered an espresso martini, there was no espresso in it, only kahlua and baileys. The Romano chicken salad had barely any toppings on it and when they brought out our spaghetti bolognese, there was no pasta spoon and our server, heather, didn’t bring any fresh Parmesan when all the other tables around us were offered some. She did the bare minimum literally taking orders and dropping off dishes turning around and never coming back. This used to be such a great place, very disappointing.

So start off on a positive note I would give our server A5 star he was great very attentive super nice but the price of the drinks were ridiculous the minimum was like $15 for a glass of wine or $50 for a bottle I literally went to a high-end restaurant in Troy today and got a glass of wine for $9 what are they thinking the price of the pasta was quite high as well since we had the spaghetti bowl game about maybe a quarter cup of meat sauce on it very minimal and the lasagna hardly had any meat in it and it came with alfredo sauce very disappointed will not be back

I ordered the food close to closing time and I felt bad but I was really hungry so I still ordered but when I came home with my order they gave me fries instead of mashed potatoes and overcooked my filet mignon. I would have understood if they had maybe ran out of mashed potatoes but there was no mention of it so I expected my mashed potatoes. I understand it’s annoying when a person orders before closing but it gives them no excuse to give not only a wrong order but also a poorly made one.
