  I’ve never been more disappointed by a sandwich construction than I have tonight. We were rushed in the drive thru with terrible customer service. I ordered a number 5 giant combo with no tomato add pickles and kickin ranch. My sandwich normally comes with the bread taken out per the menu. It had the bread left inside and the meat barely even inside the sandwich. Unwrapping it was a nightmare. I had to reassemble both sides of my sandwich when I got home. Upon opening my sandwich I saw patties of onion, little to no care for ingredient placement or presentation. And again my meat thrown in there lazily. I shouldn’t spend almost $40 and a possible tip to have a sandwich that looks worse than a toddler tried to make. It’s not just this location that seems to lack any kind of passion for their sandwich making but this is the first of many I’ll be reviewing for their poor service. I hope someone reads this and the sandwiches get a major face lift in the assembly and consistency department. If it’s $20 for a giant sandwich I expect quality not what I received tonight. Thanks Madelyn and other workers for wrapping up a DIY sandwich kit for me tonight. Freaky fast, freaky disappointment.

  Picked up my online order through the drive thru & decided I wanted to add a coke to my order. My food was ready & the worker poured me a coke. When I went to pay for my coke (I had already paid for my order online) she said, here you go have a nice day. It is the little things that mean so much. Thank You!

  I pulled over and place an order at the gas station about 3 minutes up the road. When I got there my order was already ready with everything extra like mayonnaise and mustard packets like I had requested in my order. The young man who handed me my food was very kind and polite and the young man who handed me my drinks and asked me if everything looks correct was also very kind of polite I asked for some more mayonnaise and mustard packets as we use a lot and he gave me a good amount and I was very appreciative and he was very kind and again asked if I needed anything else before I drove away. A+++++ customer service for these two young men!!!

  Cole made me an awesome #8 that looked and tasted exactly like the picture. He was hustling the entire time and even washed his hands twice in the 10 minutes i was there to eat. I will definitely be back on a regular basis. Thank you Cole, much appreciated.
