  I came here at night to the drive thru and I was asked if it was a DoorDash or mobile order. Very rude attitude acted like I was bothering them. I said no they said they are only taking DoorDash and mobile orders when it’s a “24 hour” place. I placed the mobile order then got back into the drive thru they said it would be a 15 minute wait as they were changing shifts. After about 30 ish minutes that I waited in the drive thru I couldn’t cancel it in the app as it said it was already being made. They disappeared from the speaker and went and I never got my food or refund. Zero stars.

  Jules (I hope I’m spelling this right lol) is absolutely amazing. Jules saw I was having a long night, and took time out of her day to not only make some of the best Taco Bell food I’ve ever had, but ALSO gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Taco Bell you guys have a gem stone there, you BETTER take care of my girl! Even if it’s a bit out of the way, I will only be going to this location from now on.

  I was there 5/7/26 1:30pm Ish. Give the drive thru register lady a raise! She was so polite, fast, and she made sure my order was correct before I drove off. If I still worked at Arbys I would’ve tried to recruit her for my store! I wish all fast food workers were as nice as you!

  I went to this location yesterday and ordered one soft taco and one hard taco. When I got to the window the cashier made me wait while she continued to take other people's orders over her headset and filled other people's drinks on the fountain machine. When she finally took my money, she gave me my food and receipt but not my chabge back. When I asked for my dollar change she looked confused and I had to explain that I gave her $5.22 when the total of my food was $4.22. Then she asked to see my receipt because she was confused when a second ago she had said my total aloud for me. I used to work at a Taco Bell myself for over six years and have worked the window before. It's important that these cashiers pay attention when handling cash. And it's important for them to temp the meat properly because after eating this meal, my Mom has been feeling well all night long. Although this Taco Bell is close to home; we'll be taking a break from this location.

  I HATE THIS TACO BELL. This is my local one and I'd say about half the time my stuff is wrong. They take forever and the staff isn't helpful, they're not rude but they're not nice either. I've gotten food poisoning from here. The crunchy tacos have tasted terrible, the chips are usually stale, soggy, or they taste like their oil hasn't been changed in a while. They SUCK at doing customizations too. Today I got a beefy 5 layer with no beans add rice sub chicken add chipotle sauce and grill it (which is essentially just a quesarito) and they messed it up not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. How do I know they messed it up more than once? Because they gave me the messed up ones! What even is that?!
