  Arguably the worst McDonald's in mi cant count .food quality was trash at best .and staff was extremely rude and pushey

  The owner Kareem actually serviced me and from the experience i don’t even want to eat the food. His overall way of speaking at me without providing a smile, comforting delivery, or even complete sentences didn’t not make me feel welcomed at all. I’m not sure if it was profiling thing but the other patrons were communicated to a lot better. Do better

  Gone twice this week. Food was both wrong and cold. Took it back for them to remake it, manager was really polite the first time and remade our Food. This time not so much Food was still wrong and tasted old. Dont waste your time

  Make sure you triple check your food here and ask for your order after you stand there for 20 minutes and everybody else behind you get served because they accidentally put it in a DoorDash bag so now the food has been sitting for 20 minutes so you can take it cold or have them remake it, which will take 20 more minutes. They definitely don’t pay attention to what they’re doing or whose food they’re giving to who.

  Went through the drive thru, busy, asked to pull up to park. The first 2 spaces were taken with others waiting so I was told to park where people pick up food with the mobile app. I would still be there if I hadn't gone in after 10 minutes to find that they forgot about me. My food was sitting right there, but somehow they were able to serve numerous people through the drive thru while I waited with my food literally sitting in front of them. The manager told me he 'dropped fresh fries" for me. After having to then wait for the fries, he gave me the food saying "here's your food". No apology, no "I gave you extra fries for your troubles", in fact my 2 large fries were half full. Wendy's is right across the street, I would go to them instead.
