The manager, Danielle, displayed an exceptionally unprofessional and abrasive attitude. I typically avoid McDonald's locations in this area, and unfortunately, this visit reinforced exactly why. Her demeanor was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily hostile. What made the experience even more frustrating was that a simple issue that should have taken mere seconds to resolve was apparently beyond her ability or willingness to address. Meanwhile, another employee standing right next to her was able to rectify the situation in less than a minute.
A manager should be the person solving problems, not creating them. If other staff members are more capable of handling basic customer concerns than the manager, that's a serious problem. The entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and unpleasant from start to finish. McDonald's seriously needs a new morning staff if this is the level of customer service being provided. I will not be returning.

UPDATE, I see Danny Oats review which was the same manager, that was horrible on my experience.
So obviously nothing was done!!!! They don't care!!
DO NOT respond to their link, it's a waste of time. I responded immediately, nothing was done, no call, email or anything!!! STAY FAR AWAY, drive to the next one!
I AM ONLY GIVING 2 STARS, cause they will dispute the 1 star at times, and because Turan was the ONLY employee with a moral compass I hope that young man, leaves and I believe he will go far.
I would give this 1 star if it was not for Turan. Assistant manager Danielle needs to be put in the kitchen far away from customers.
I usually only order from this McDonald's because it’s one of the only inexpensive places open near me around 1 a.m. when I get off work. Sunday night, almost my entire order came wrong again, and DoorDash told me they could not refund me because there have been too many issues with this location.
I called the store expecting another bad experience, but instead a young employee named Turan answered the phone. He was genuinely one of the kindest, most patient, and professional employees I have ever dealt with at any McDonald’s, and I’m 40 years old.
He immediately offered to remake the order and told me it would be completely fine for me to come the next day around noon because I had just gotten off work. He was respectful, calm, attentive, and truly seemed to care about helping customers.
Unfortunately, when I came in the next day with my daughter, the supposed “assistant manager,” Danielle, was extremely hostile and rude from the moment she walked up. She cut me off repeatedly, refused to let me explain the situation, and kept saying things like, “He’s wrong,” “He’s not going to give it to you,” and “He should not have done that.” No manager should ever speak about another employee like that in front of a customer, especially when that employee was simply trying to fix a problem professionally.
She also literally told me not to order from this location anymore because “they cannot get the order right,” which were her exact words. Think about how awful it is for an assistant manager to say that to a paying customer instead of trying to resolve the issue respectfully.
Even the lady standing next to me in line was visibly uncomfortable and shaking her head at Danielle’s attitude and behavior toward me. Nothing about her demeanor screamed management or professionalism.
I also want it noted that I have this entire interaction documented and recorded because I had a feeling from the second she approached me that she was going to be hostile.
I truly hope corporate or the owners see this because Turan absolutely does not deserve to get in trouble for doing exactly what customer service employees are supposed to do, helping customers and trying to make things right. Honestly, if it were not for him, I would never come back to this location again. He showed more professionalism, maturity, patience, and customer service skills than the assistant manager did.
