  The worst McDonald’s in my area. My most recent visit they put hamburger meat on my breakfast sandwich opposed to using a sausage patty as tho I wouldn’t notice. The customer service always sucks at this location. Way too many kids running that location. Everyone should be retrained immediately. Will never visit this location again!!!

  Man what a horrible experience over 30 mins and still no Mcchicken is crazy to wait for. An i mean at the pick up window. Was the only one there! When I asked about my order no one had no idea when im physical showing them my order off my McDonald's app (PAID) when you switch shift with someone. Why can't you communicate??? Red head couldn't let the girl in the blue know??? No one cares about your McDonald's attitude just give people there order in a efficient manner so they can move on with there live. You employee dont care and it shows great job showing how lazy McAmerican is!

  The bread was stale (super hard), burgers hardly wrapped, the fries had no salt on them whatsoever, the order kiosk had no paper or order numbers but the worst part was the manager? She squatted to pee in the bathroom with the door open, loudly in a fight on the phone, did not wash her hands. The bathroom was already disgusting. After not washing her hands she walked into the main area, still loud, cussing on the phone and walking back into the kitchen, barking at employees between phone comments. Seeing her go back to where food was being made was troubling. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been in in a long time.

  The staff were very nice smiles on their faces, but one problem I had was the speakers in the drive through wasn't working and customer were in line waiting to order there was no sign or no one put a sign out to let us know that they didn't work. I was leaving because I was in line to long and when I came around there was no cars in line I stop and ask the young lady why they didn't let no one know about the speakers wasn't working. They apologized and took my I order, but I said someone needs to put a sign on the speakers to let the customers know.

  Placed an app order, app said my order was confirmed & ready, went inside to pick up because the drive thru line was long & waited 15 minutes to get my food. The Mgr did offer a free coffee which I don't drink, I declined. He did put 2 extras hash browns. People placed their orders after me & got their food faster then me. Had good convo with other customers. They even noticed how long I was waiting. They gotta do better.
