- SSSkippin SSep 8, 20261.0Went through drive thru today for a mobile pickup order. The line was already pretty long, but once I got up to the window, I was told that the ovens were down and they couldn't make my food that I had already purchased, but if I wanted my coffee they could make me that. I kindly declined and was told to get a refund through the app. I had pulled up to try and refund my order because I didn't want to be one of those customers holding the line up. Once I saw I couldn't get a refund through the app, I had pulled back around when there was no line and was told they still couldn't do anything about it. I had asked to speak to a manager, but was told they were none on shift. So I had asked for a lead and was told once again none on shift. I was confused as to why they wouldn't have anyone in a higher position to handle a situation like this. The worker that I was speaking to clearly was not trained to handle situations like this. They went to "get someone" and had came back to the window and said the ovens were back up and said they would make my food. As I'm waiting I noticed a line forming behind me, the workers kept coming to the window handing me individual food items that I had order rather than all of them at once which was odd. It seemed to have been 3 workers on that shift. I noticed one of the workers had walked out of the building to the subway right next to them and left the other 2 to fend for themselves. After waiting a while the worker had came back to the window visibly overwhelmed asking if I could let them slide this one time and forget about my food. I was confused because I had payed for my food already and yet there was really still no solution. My partner in the passenger seat had leaned over to talk to the worker asking what do they mean by that and once again the worker being visibly upset stressing that they're the only one working on food and drinks and can't make our food because they have a line to get moving. I understand that things get busy and overwhelming, but its just the lack of professionalism. Why does a business have teenagers running this establishment with no manager or lead in place to help with situations like this. This location really went downhill with service.

Slowest workers and slowest service ever then they ask to be tipped. Horrible. Don’t go here super unprofessional idk how this place even still holds up as a franchisee or what rouse their playing when corporate stops by. This place blows.z
