    Placed online order, upon pick-up the loud voice over the speaker said ,"We don't have shakes,our machine has been broke for a week", then didn't say anything else. My drinks were already paid for! I understand that machines can break but make up for it some other way!!! Terrible customer service at this location.

    Came to drive through 4 hours before closing time. They said they had no roast beef and would be a 25 minute wait for that. Still took 15 minutes to make a chicken wrap and I was the only customer 🙃

    love roast beef and jamocha shakes. most other fast food restaurants' shakes are unavailable all the time but I've only had 1 experience at Arby's when the shakes were not available.
