As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- JOJohn Ovesen4 days ago5.0Got off the 305 bus and had some time to kill before catching the 275 bus south and this Checkers was a perfect spot. I grabbed the #1 meal for about $12.50 and the outside seating area was wonderful for enjoying the nice day out. Staff was very quick and friendly. Food was good and a nice portion.

- JWJasmine WilliamsMay 3, 20261.0I’ve never been so turned off so quickly in a drive through . Hadn’t come here in months , didn’t know what I wanted so I tried to ask a question . The girl in the driver through didn’t even let me fully get my questions out before she rudely and curtly cut me off to answer me . The vibe and the attitude in her voice immediately made me not want to order - it was the feeling of “ugh I’m so tired of these people” . It was like she was irritated that I asked a question. And honestly I get it , it’s a fast food job but at the same time that’s a terrible customer experience. I hadn’t been there in months and will most likely not go back now . And even further there are too many restaurants down grand river for them to act like that - like there aren’t other options . And funny enough, her energy made me want to pull off and I did and went right down to KFC (another place I hadn’t been to out here since I move here 1 1/2 yrs ago ) and the lady there was just amazing . Sweet , professional, nice , answered all my questions with kindness and gave me multiple sauces (before I could even ask) - just an all around completely opposite experience . So checkers lost a customer bc of their employees attitude and KFC gained one because of theirs .

- TJTre JonesApr 11, 20261.0The workers are so rude here, I went inside to order and I was waiting for someone to take my order and nope it was a young lady at the other window taken care of a customer but after that didn’t even acknowledge me I stood there for at least 10 to 12 minutes and I left I will never come back to this location ever again.
