  Just wanted to tell you guys at Arby’s you’re blessed to have on Francine with you!! A mix up was made in our order, no biggie, Francine was the absolute sweetest and made sure we were taken care of with no problems!! We will continue to come back, because she was so pleasant to talk too and ready to fix the issue!! Take good care of her Arby’s!!

  Order the steak and cheese The first sandwich had absolutely no meat and cheese on the actual bun it was on half of the wrapping paper the lady didn't know what to do and almost refused to actually make me new food they made a new sandwich and the second sandwich tasted like paper no flavor and the manager Vicky wasn't very pleasant either she never said sorry about the food or anything she just said it was Angus and it it doesn't taste like regular meat

  Cohen is probably the best employee I’ve ever received food from. This guy tops the service of the 5 star restaurant on the cruise I went on last summer. The professional and graciousness is unmatched. I will admit I was a little disappointed though. Everything was going fine until I realized he wasn’t a manager. I’m extremely disappointed that this guy hasn’t been promoted due to his extreme professionalism. Overall good experience.
