- SBSharon BlackAug 16, 20261.0I’ve always disliked that sandwiches weren’t toasted at Jimmy John’s so I typically avoid it, however I know they have an option to toast them now so we stopped by. The person taking our order was SO rude and, when I asked for my sandwich to be toasted they told us they weren’t allowed to because it’s not a “signature” sandwich. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. The person at the speaker and the person at the window were both very sassy. Now i guess I’ll go home and toast this myself and never come back.

The two females working at this location on Monday evening 8/3/2026 are a joke and to top it all off they have bad attitudes. Obviously management isn’t to concerned or isn’t the best because they would get some new employees. Coming to this location was a total waste of my time and energy. They were of no help and denied me using a gift card with some poor excuse simply because they didn’t want to make my food I’m guessing because it was an hour before close and they told themselves they were done for the night and wanted to be of no help. This location obviously needs some change as I can see from other reviews as well. Will never visit this location again. It’s no wonder they don’t get much business. The Jimmy John’s on the other side of town in Fort Gratiot is much better and actually has competent employees that care.
