  Extremely incompetent staff at this location. Very slow and lazy too. The two females working at this location on Monday evening 8/3/2026 are a joke and to top it all off they have bad attitudes. Obviously management isn’t to concerned or isn’t the best because they would get some new employees. Coming to this location was a total waste of my time and energy. They were of no help and denied me using a gift card with some poor excuse simply because they didn’t want to make my food I’m guessing because it was an hour before close and they told themselves they were done for the night and wanted to be of no help. This location obviously needs some change as I can see from other reviews as well. Will never visit this location again. It’s no wonder they don’t get much business. The Jimmy John’s on the other side of town in Fort Gratiot is much better and actually has competent employees that care.
