  By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. I’m a regular customer and have been to 5 different locations just this week, and it’s honestly sad that the location closest to me is by far the worst. I went in around 7:30 PM and they were out of pretty much everything. On top of that, the lobby was absolutely gross, and honestly, the whole place looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. What really bothered me was seeing one of the employees handle money and then go right back to handling food without washing her hands. That’s completely unacceptable and honestly made me question the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. I understand running out of an item or two later in the evening, but being out of so many things at 7:30 PM, having a filthy restaurant, and seeing employees not follow basic food-safety practices is unacceptable. Definitely the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had.

  Im not ever writing Chipotle reviews typically, but, Dana was so helpful and kind that I needed to. This woman should work for Corporate, because she's that great.

  As we stood in line, I started to look around the store, and there were food scraps everywhere. On the table tops, on the floor, and completely across the food prep top… Disgusting. I watched a worker walk out from the back on her food break and walk past all the mess and go sit in the corner and eat her lunch. It was about 3:30pm. There were three other workers so it’s not like they were short on staff. Thank God there’s a Qdoba down the road (FYI, Qdoba was clean)

  Waited 45 minutes for food to get told they dont have it with more then 4 workers working some people where waiting over an hour

  This is the third time I've come to this Chipotle and they've been out of white rice. When I mentioned it to an employee, she told me, "Yeah, with the holiday we completely ran out of it." A few moments later, I heard the employees tell the customers behind us that they would be out of all rice for the next 30 minutes. As I was sitting in the restaurant eating, I then heard someone say, "White rice is ready," and watched them bring out a fresh batch and put it on the line. It was really disappointing to see. If the rice was about to be ready, I would have gladly waited a few extra minutes instead of being told it wasn't available. A little honesty and communication would have gone a long way. This experience left me feeling frustrated and like I wasn't valued as a customer.
