  5/4/2026 Placed our order at 7:13 PM and said ready at 7:46. Just got here and they haven’t even started it yet and didn’t see the ticket. This happened to us probably 2 months ago as well. Placed an order and said it would be 40 minutes, we get there 40 minutes later and they said oh we haven’t even started it yet. At least two months ago, the guy cared and apologized. Today, they didn’t care at all and bad customer service. I work a few restaurants down at Smoke on the Water and they literally get our BBQ for their pizzas and we always treat them great and if this happened at SOTW, we’d definitely offer a discount or something to make up for it, but that didn’t happen 2 months ago and didn’t happen tonight either or apologize.

  Stopped to try out their pizza. The atmosphere and staff was very friendly the pizza I would write it as a four out of five pretty good pizza.

  I have gut health issues so finding premium high-quality Italian flour for Pizza is quite difficult and they have it! 98% of pizza places just use Processed food ingredients Not only was their hospitality and kindness great but the pizza is phenomenal. The dough had the perfect bite and chew, The sauce and cheese was delicious. The homemade ranch is also fantastic. Most importantly the ingredients are so high-quality that I feel like I can run a mile after eating an entire box of pizza. I don’t even have brain fog. Will definitely be coming back Because this is the only pizza shop i will order from in Port Huron.
