As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Two male employees are telling the female employee to make our drinks, she walks up, my husband and I hear her say "ya'll ordered way to much and this is to much". (She said it loud and clear) As someone who has worked in this field for many years. I was not to happy to hear nor see her look right at us and say that. Sorry you actually had to do your job sweetheart. She then kept giving us dirty looks. Definitely will not be spending my money here again. Think ill drive the extra 10 minutes to go to aubrn hills. Very rude in my opinion people working there.

But I was informed that they only had Carmel. Well when I went up to the drive-thru they couldn't find my order in the computer so the employee told the manager and the manager ended up giving me the shake on the house. Not only was I pleasantly surprised I didn't expect that but I ended up coming in the following couple days later and bought a burger and a shake. They made me a fan just by that simple polite gesture. Thanks guys.
