  I just ordered a shake through the drive thru. The man was friendly and the shake was tasty.

  It looks like an older Arby's so the atmosphere is what it is, i order 5 pc tenders and 3 pc potato cakes. The food was hot but took 15+min to make and the tenders were like chicken nugget size. After sitting at the window for about 5min after paying, i was asked what did i order then after that it looked like confusion was in the air inside the restaurant on what i had ordered idk something tells me they just lost track of my order to someone else after two cars behind me were walked out their orders instead of having me pull forward. I know a manager of an arbys and have eaten it more than a lot of people, those little nuggets and potato cakes i ordered dont take over 15min to make.

  Worse food & service I’ve ever had. The curly fries were soggy and old & the mozzarella sticks were old as well nothing was fresh. The buffalo sandwich was nasty as well and sloppy. I am very disappointed & dissatisfied and I definitely WON’T be returning at all & I’ve already informed others about the service

  I went there on lunch. I rarely eat fast food but I love the occasional roast beef from Arby's. I went to the drive through and it was not moving with one person on line. I waited about 3 minutes and just went inside. There was one person inside waiting for his food. Another wait to get someone to the counter. In the meantime the entire staff is running around in a chaotic flurry. Took about 4 minutes to get my food. One more customer came in and had to wait to order. We commiserated regarding the wait and expensive food. I left this dingy Arby's and headed on my way food in hand. When I got to my desk I noticed I was missing the ketchup I asked for. I hope in 2 more months when I get a fast food craving I remember this experience and just say no.

  Ordered the cheese steak barley anything it it basically all bread wast of money first time I got it was great 2nd time wast of money
