  i ordered online. i asked if i could place an order for an extra drink bc i missed it on the app and was told “ we’re too busy. you’ll have to come back around” so how does that save time? it doesn’t it was just a long way to say NO.

  Orders are consistently wrong. Lobby is almost never open. I always order for in store pick up, and then arrive to find the lobby shut down. My vehicle is too tall to fit thru the drive thru. This is a constant problem at this location. They are also consistently under staffed. Waited over an hr for an order.

  Didn’t get to the food part because after beginning to place my order I was told all inside orders being placed would take 20-30 minutes to come out. During this time, cars were driving through the drive through and pulling out within minutes. My question is, as a former Taco Bell manager, when did drive through orders become priority while dine in customers were pushed to the bottom of that list? If I remember correctly during my training things were very much so the other way around, but this Taco Bell doesn’t seem to do things the traditional way as nothing is to the standards of other stores even in the immediate area. If this store did prep as it should be done or as it is needed the wait times would more than likely be a lot shorter, but it seems as though they are always waiting til the last second to restock on things as they are always out it seems when preparing food, therefore making the store seem very chaotic and hectic with staff running and yelling to each other in the back. It is a shame being made to feel as if I’m an inconvenience when coming into a place of business, especially when the people making you feel like an inconvenience for trying to give business are the managers who are supposed to be running the store. Very disappointing, I wish Taco Bell could recover from this down fall and be brought back to what they once were.

  I've had good experiences at this Taco Bell, but it seems like it's going downhill. I'm stuck working Sunday mornings and I was hoping to grab breakfast but this spot's not open when Google says they are. Hopefully management will see all these bad reviews and change something for the better
