6/19/26 2AM. My boyfriend and I do DoorDash at night to make a little extra cash. We always have issues with this location. Young woman with copper colored hair, pink earbuds in was embarrassingly rude. Due to having earbuds in she can’t hear anything I’m saying so constantly replies with “what?” To everything I say. To add injury to insult, she didn’t hand me the drinks for the order which traditionally they give you the drinks before the food so it prompted me to ask her about the drinks, after she said what and I had to repeat myself she says very sarcastically, “wow I wish I had 3 hands so I could work faster!” This lead me to simply say, “you don’t have to be rude.” She said, “WHAT? I was joking!” I just told her to have a good night, she proceeded to slam the drive through window shut.. Let’s not forgot that the rest of the staff was blasting TikTok music so loud you could hear it with the window shut. Will be declining orders from this Taco Bell. Staff rude, takes 15 mins every time, can’t be bothered to take their headphones out so they can hear you. Embarrassing.

The young lady who greeted me at the drive-thru was very rude and unprofessional cuz I placed an order online to pick it up and my son placed the order. When we pulled up to the establishment. She wanted to give me fuss that I couldn't do two orders at drive-thru and the inside was closed but my order was placed online and was paid for. So I don't understand what the problem was but she needs to find another job and stop drinking on the job because apparently you're not professional at all
I go to this Taco Bell because it is closest to my home, but I prefer the one on Ann Arbor road. Over the past few years, I’ve seen an increase in prices and a decrease in quality across the board. Missing items constantly, and when the items I order are actually correct, they play fast and loose with the consistency. I order a quesadilla and only 2 of the slices have ingredients in them. I order a spicy potato soft taco, it has a single potato in it… and when you ask them to correct it, they begrudgingly do it but make you feel like shit for asking. I’ve had to drive up here to correct my order many times after getting home and finding my order inedible. Do better.

As a former Taco Bell Service Champion, I was disappointed by the service I received during my recent visit.
I stood at the counter waiting to order, and one of the employees made eye contact with me, prepared a drink, then walked to the back office to talk to another team member. Both looked at me but said nothing — no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no direction to order at the kiosk. After waiting about five minutes, I finally got the attention of an employee who was already busy taking drive-thru orders. When I asked if they were taking orders at the counter, he replied, “Sorry, you’ll have to order at the kiosk or you’ll be waiting for a while.”
This complete lack of basic customer service and teamwork is unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on fast, friendly service. As someone who has worked in this role, I know this is not the standard Taco Bell should be setting.

Thursday, May 21st, 2026 7:45pm-8:25pm. I have never left a review for anything in my life, but after waiting 40 minutes behind literally only 5 cars I feel compelled. It took 20 minutes to move two cars to place my order and more than 5 of that was me waiting for someone to come on the speaker to say “have you been helped yet?” 10 minutes later I get to the window and the girl got me my drink and shut the window telling me it will be just a minute. I could see them right in front of the window, and the girl does some weird dance move or something and laughs, and then three workers stand in a circle for multiple minutes talking and laughing while I sit there waiting some guy who hasn’t even spoken to anyone yet is at the counter waiting. They looked at him and kept talking and laughing. I’m all for having fun at work, but you have to actually be able to work while you talk, especially if customers are watching. When I finally got my food after waiting a whopping 40 total minutes (accurate timeline because I was texting updates to my mon who was waiting for me to get home from class), the girl didn’t say a word when she handed it to me, and I opened it and the nacho fries were upside down and spilled everywhere- mind you I was so nice and when the girl on the speaker apologized for the wait, I said “no problem at all.” I originally thought one order may have been taking long or they were making more of something, but every single car took forever, the workers were goofing around, and they dumped my food in the bag. I don’t think a single one of the people working tonight has ever had to lock in before. If you’re behind at work or swamped, you lock in, you don’t dillydally. And whoever was managing… well they need to grow a spine because their workers are clearly running the show. It’s okay to be friends with your subordinates, but bro they are literally walking all over you and you are the one that is gonna take the heat for their shitshow. The nacho fries gave me a gnarly tummy ache too, so I’m not sure if the fryer grease was old or what, but this was my first time having T Bell in months, and I will not be having it again for months. This Taco Bell used to be the good one, and the Ford road one took forever, but now that 20 minutes in line at the Ford road one doesn’t seem too bad. As I sit here, nauseated with the rest of my food sitting in the fridge untouched, writing this essay, I am hoping the workers check reviews and decide to develop a work ethic, even if it’s their first job or whatever. You learn a lot at your first job, and it should be fun, but it’s also not a playground.
