    employees need to be trained on manners/ how to talk to customers. extremely rude customer service after my delivery took an hour and i was kind about it. second time now ive dealt with rude employees. wont be back.

    I ordered my food around 1:30 for delivery then around 2:20 I called asking if it was almost here, got told soon, it’s 3:00 and now I’m being told there’s still a wait. I ordered off the app and this is unacceptable! My kids are so hungry so I thought oh let me order from my loco jimmy John’s, mind you I paid $7 delivery when it’s a 5minute drive! Come on this is an issue- NEVER GETTING DELIVERED AGAIN!😡
