  The food is always fine. However, I order mayo packets EVERY time and never get them... once ok, twice whatever but three times now is getting old.

  Waited two hours now for delivery and still not here...... 1 mile down the road. Had me on hold for over 10 minutes when I called and never picked back up. Three phone calls later and an employee asking if someone stole it off our steps....

  DO NOT ORDER HERE! Do not waste your time or money. I order a sandwich for delivery and they never delivered it. After an hour I called back and the person who answered the phone said they would call the driver the driver claimed they dropped it off. Not at my house? Have not received my refund yet.

  Was excited to try the new Protein packed sandwiches. Was going to order via doordash but did not see it as an option there so I had to order via their website. Cool. Ordered it at 11:20 so it would be there before my lunch break. Wrong. It took an hour to get my sandwich, mind you this location is 6 minutes from my place of employment. Ordered mayo and mustard packets because I dont get sauce on my sandwiches, they were not in the bag. Opened the sandwich and it was NOT the Protein packed version. It had the regular amount of meat on it. Called the store, they apologized and told me that could off me $5 off my next order but I would have to place the order over the phone to get it. $20 for a sandwich that wasnt what I ordered and took an hour to get to me. Will NOT be going back to this location. 😕
