    It was always dicey ordering here. About 1 out of 4 orders would have a sandwich that wasn't correct. That being said, when it's right, it's good and delivery to my door was usually between 18-25 minutes, always with a friendly driver. It's not a convenient location to try to pick up from because half the time Penniman is closed off and you're fighting with the rest of Plymouth for parking spots. This location recently started outsourcing delivery to a 3rd party. They don't give you a big pop up or anything to catch your attention - I'm sure it is buried in the fine print - they just hand your address and phone number over to this 3rd party and you get a lovely text from a stranger letting them know you're getting a delivery from them. I've used it twice and both times were pretty terrible, even though I usually order in the 4pm hour. The first time it took over an hour to get the food. I could see the driver driving all over Plymouth dropping off deliveries ahead of me. The driver finally wandered out of the phone, chatting on her phone the whole time and just dumped my order at the top of the steps. My Beach didn't have any turkey on it (???) and my daughter spilled her entire drink when the lid shot off the top because it wasn't secured onto the cup. This most recent time, it took 40 minutes, my sandwich was super light on all toppings and all the ice had melted into my now flat soda. I could see the driver was still bopping around Northville, 15 minutes away, when he was assigned the order. Because its a 3rd party, they slap a sticker over the spot the straw slides it, but when you peel the sticker away it leaves a nasty residue all over the lid. You can ask for the sandwich to be cut in half, but they haven't actually followed through on the request in my last 5-6 orders. For $22, I'll go somewhere else. I wonder if the Canton location is still doing in-house delivery.

    The store shoves the online delivery orders off onto Uber Eats and the driver isn't even going to arrive till 20 minutes after the delivery window I requested. Called the store and they say they don't have a delivery driver and it was either that or cancel. 1. Why wouldn't you tell me this then 2. What kind of jimmy John's doesn't have a delivery driver? The freaky fast bit is literally your slogan.

    Waited over 10 minutes in line to order just to be told cash only. No signs or communication that it was cash only until I went to pay. 0 sense of organization at this location.
