We went for mother's Day for my wife and they were out of at least 4 different types of bagels and cinnamon rolls. A man came in with a mobile order and was told they didn't have his food and they couldn't do anything about the money he paid. We won't be back.

The staff is usually pretty friendly, and the bagels and other food are also always great. I would highly recommend Einstein bagels to anyone.
- JTJasen TurnbullAug 5, 20173.0Usually don't write reviews but this location is frustrating. Never have had an issue with their catering service. However, the past few Saturday's I have showed up to get a box of bagels they are usually out of at least half of what I am requesting. I usually go around 9am so there should be no excuse why they have low inventory that early on day. Wasn't a big deal until I noticed this is a chronic problem and has forced me to look for other locations to make sure I can order the type of bagels I want. Seems like a fixable problem if they want to address.
