Service was rude and my burrito was wrapped like crap and kinda sideways, so when eating the burrito, the top of burrito was all rice and the bottom all the toppings. When well executed, I love their food. This was just garbage. Do better Chipotle! Should’ve taken pictures… I’m not exaggerating

Every time I am able to muster up the courage to push those doors open, I am disappointed. Rice? Gone. Beans? Never heard of 'em. Want guacamole? Prepare to be extorted. Fountain drinks are just sparkling water. Zero syrup in that machine. Chipotle, you used to be my home - the place where I belonged. Now I go to the Jimmy John's next door instead. You can do better. I believe in you.
