And the place is so messy , food dropped everywhere and unclean , it’s gross and makes me not want to eat there. I won’t be returning to this location.

Every table, the surfaces where the food was being prepared, and even the cash register area looked like it was not wiped down once all day,. There was food everywhere. If it wasn't for the rush we were in, I would have left and gone else where. The manager showed no control of his staff and the staff showed little to no respect for the job they have. Likely will not return to this location for awhile if not ever again. The other Plymouth location on Ann Arbor Rd is not any better though.

Food was scattered on the floor and counters, and toppings were mixed together in the serving area. The beans looked dry and old, and aside from the signage outside and logos on staff hats, there was virtually no Chipotle branding inside. There wasn’t even a proper menu displayed, just a trifold catering menu sitting on the counter. The staff didn’t appear motivated to clean, and the overall environment felt more like a messy college dorm than a restaurant. This location clearly needs better management and attention to basic cleanliness standards. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.
