  It’s 10pm they close at 11, they have like half of all options out for the night, and say there only accepting card cause the counted the drawer already. Why be open that late.

  I'm not sure why I keep making the mistake of coming to this location it's the worst chipotle EVER! Every time that I have come without fail, my order is wrong and always missing things. I really tried to give grace to the employees each time bc ik service industry isn't always easy but I've ran out of grace to give. From the bad attitudes/unprofessionalism from employees to the overall being of the store itself is trash. It's time to put something new here...

  the last 10 times i’ve went, they have never had steak or white rice, if they have white rice it is hard. I also constantly find tomatoes or lettuce in my sour cream. Today, the worker was in such a rush pretty much tossing stuff in the bowl and it was very messy and sloppy, she did not even change her gloves from the last customers bowl she made. not to mention she also wouldn’t stop talking loudly to the other employees. She also tried to over charge me $14.50 for a veggie bowl, i looked up and she immediately changed it to the correct price, 10.50. I’ve been coming here for years and in the past year it has slowly gotten worse from their employees customer service, their cleanness and their food.

  This establishment is a joke and needs to be put on notice. I’m quickly reminded why I haven’t ate here in months. How is it even remotely possible to run out of cheese, chip, steak, etc.. before it even hits the afternoon on a Sunday. Open till 11PM? That’s cap. Bunch of teenagers running the place with zero professionalism. At one point I heard one of the employees say to another, “please save me” as a customer you think I want to hear complaining? Lastly, this place needs to be inspected, I was so disgusted I walked out.

  Granted I'm having a bad day. Food might have fixed that. I walked in & out of this Chipotle for good, at 1:55pm on a Friday. I've driven past it hundreds of times, should have continued doing so. I spied: One guy manning the counter + serving someone else, one guy cooking with his back to me, a manager & 3nd employee having a chat in the kitchen, oblivious to the presence/absence of any actual customers, and a table near the register covered with employment paperwork. Nobody has a clue here, even noticed that I was standing at the start of the food line drooling for several minutes. Not even the manager. While waiting, I noticed that they no longer bother with proper lettuce for a $10 salad, only shredded, and some partially-frozen (thx to having no idea how to operate their equipment) sad looking spinach. No thanks. I came here because the location on Ford Rd is awful. This place is unimaginably worse. What used to be *good* WYSIWYG food is now something I see and don't want, especially if that involves waiting in vain for disinterested employees to serve it.
