- HSHarlow SteffeyJun 13, 20262.0This pizza was far from an enjoyable experience. I had the supposedly new hand tossed crust which was doughy, tough with an off flavor. The pizza was over sauced with a very harsh tomato sauce. The toppings were adequate but not great. On a lesser note, I ordered the pizza square cut which was clearly noted on my receipt But it was a traditional wedge cut. At one time when you picked up a pizza at this location, the employee would open the box and ask if the pizza looked like it met your expectations Not anymore. In fact on my receipt there's a spot labeled Iconic check and a line for the employee who checked the order to sign. That was blank, I wouldn't have signed off on this pizza either. Prior to tonight we've always got a decent pizza from this location. Too many other choices in this area to put up with this nonsense.

I usually go to the location on WestMain in front of menards and have never had a problem at that location. Our boneless wings were cold and our pizza was made wrong. The food was terrible and when I tried to call and make a complaint my call was not answere. I will be making a complaint with a manager in the morning! If your looking for a quick dinner just pick up a frozen pizza and cook it yourself, you are way better off than wasting your money here.
