  This location has become the slowest in “fast food” history. The last three times I’ve ordered for delivery it has taken over an hour for a drive that is literally 3 minutes or less. I order for lunch and can’t leave work. This time it took 1 hr and 12 min to get to me and my toasted sandwich was cold.

  Horrible wet sandwich. Tomatoes were almost white.

  Ordered a couple subs. Staff was friendly, sandwiches came out quickly and were exactly what we expected. Plainwell location is always exceptional.

  After clearly repeating twice into the speaker which toppings for my sandwiches I'd like, they still failed to get them correctly. They were both ordered the same. 2 number 16s, jimmy it up add mustard extra tomatoes. I called back explaining how we look forward to our sandwiches being made right, and that when spending 10 dollars or more on a sandwich specifically from here, we'd like not to be let down. The manager offered a bag of chips on my next purchase, which definitely doesn't come close to covering the inconvenience. The manager was named Owen. Back when I managed a Jimmy John's we made it right with the customer no matter what, and didn't even attempt something better once I said I might not be back. Now, I definitely will not be back to this plainwell location. I'm actually surprised and disappointed that this happened at a Jimmy John's.
