    The music was extremely loud. It was freezing as always. The womens toilet had not been cleaned in at least a week.

    This location has become the slowest in “fast food” history. The last three times I’ve ordered for delivery it has taken over an hour for a drive that is literally 3 minutes or less. I order for lunch and can’t leave work. This time it took 1 hr and 12 min to get to me and my toasted sandwich was cold.

    Ordered a couple subs. Staff was friendly, sandwiches came out quickly and were exactly what we expected. Plainwell location is always exceptional.
