  time to just close the doors , this taco bell has wasted over 30 minutes of my lunch breaks , 3 different times now . shut it down totally unacceptable

  I have been sitting in this drive through line for over 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me the entire time.... The same 4 cars. The parking lot is almost empty and there is a total of 8 cars in line. I worked 10 years in fast food. This is not busy enough for wait times like this. This is outrageous.

  Screens on order kiosk are absolutely disgusting. Looks like they were wiped down with dirty water

  Pay attention to the ordering screen and what they are handing you through the window. This place has become known for messing up orders. You may have to order twice with two different people. Your soda might not be filled up. I once had an order delivered via a delivery service, and they sent an empty soda cup. Missing items in an order happens often enough at taco bells I’ve visited, but this location takes it to a whole new level.

  The location of this building is the only good thing about it. 35° outside of the building, just as cold inside. Took 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge that we were even there. The food was also terrible. Cheese wasn’t melted in the cheesy roll up, was very hard. It was just not a good experience. Kudos to the one gentleman that was willing to learn to work the register just to help the damn line out of the door. Will not be back. I’ll head to the other side of town.
