- SSStephanieAug 23, 20261.0STAY AWAY!!!! Please stay away from this location and drive down the road to the other one. The customer service here seriously needs to be reviewed. I waited 10 minutes in line, only to receive food that was undercooked. On top of that, the woman with orange hair took my order and specifically asked if I wanted any sauce. I said yes, but when I got to the window, there was no sauce in my bag. She then proceeded to ignore me while wiping things down until I had to get her attention by waving my hands. When I politely asked about my sauce, she became visibly upset and handed me two fistfuls of sticky, messy sauce packets because she had forgotten to put them in my bag. The attitude was completely unnecessary, especially after already waiting 10 minutes and receiving undercooked food. If you’re unhappy with your job, please don’t take it out on the customers. Being kind is free. I hope management reviews both the food quality and customer service at this location because this experience was extremely disappointing.

IT DOESNT MATTER AS LONG AS WE GET THE FRANCHISE MONEY WE CAN OPERATE. PLEASE PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE, THINGS WILL GET BETTER.
