    PEOPLE ARE BLAMING THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION. WHY NOT PAY THEM MORE. SKIP THE EXTRA CAR OR THE EXTRA VACATION AND PAY YOUR HUMANS. THIS IS THE PRECIPICE OF GREED. IT DOESNT MATTER AS LONG AS WE GET THE FRANCHISE MONEY WE CAN OPERATE. PLEASE PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE, THINGS WILL GET BETTER.

    Owner has one terrible, poor service, understaffed location in town already and decided to open another one. It was ok in the very beginning but now is right down at the bottom with it's sister location. Unless you are absolutely craving Taco Bell, go to one of the food trucks or Mexican restaurant right down the road.

    We came here after reading the 2 star reviews and were not surprised to find they were true. I ordered special food as I am lactose intolerant. They provided a cheese free food however they labeled it wrong and I ate the cheese instead of the cheese free. It is in fact quicker to go to Gaylord than here...

    Line took forever to get through for our online order. It was good when we got it, but we discovered when we got to the front that the speaker, while functioning, had barely any sound coming out. I only heard a slight mumble. If this is best they could afford when opening this location, they shouldn't have opened. Service was good at least once we actually got our information to them for the order, but I can't give a decent review to a place that cut this much corners to open.

    Food is alright, but the employees are very rude and disrespectful. More than half of the time they mess up your order. The line in the drive thru takes forever and when you go inside don’t expect any service. If you want to go to Taco Bell in petoskey go to the one on the other side of town. They are much better than this one.
