  Went here tonight after many failed attempts in Gaylord. Aisha was PHENOMENAL! She was one of the best servers I've ever had anywhere. She was friendly, kind, and kept up on all of our drinks. Fast service too! Got our apps in 5 minutes! We absolutely will be back <3

  Food was delicious as always for bww. Kyle was an absolute blast and treated myself and my friends to a great time. Very warm and welcoming!

  We decided to have a birthday dinner there. Party of 13. They were busy when we got there, we understand there would be a wait and that was OK with us. What wasn't OK was when the drinks were brought out, our waitress stood at one end of the table and had everyone pass down drinks, mind you, I was talking to my mother in law and all conversations had to stop so we could pass back and forth the drinks we ordered and yes, there was alot of room to move around the table. She just didn't want to. Same with the food. They came to the head of the table and loudly interrupted saying who had this, who had that, and it was then handed to me to pass down the table. So rude. And they took forever. Would have been OK but the waitress never came back to ask if anyone needed more to drink while waiting for the food. Some of the wings were still frozen and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Really hate cold mozz sticks. Yuck. Didn't see the waitress after our food was passed out either. So couldn't tell her the food was cold. Not once. Drinks were empty and who cares if you needed anything else. Probably won't be going back there again. Too bad because I'm a really good tipper but this time we only tipped 20%. Maybe if I had left pocket change on the table, she would realize how horrible the birthday dinner was. But I doubt it since she didn't even bother to check on us at all. Very bad service.
