  Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes after I was told to wait while rain is pouring in my window not being able to hear with the window up the person called again to as me to wait again had to tell them no take my order rain is pouring in the window. Waited another 20 minutes for the order

  I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes on a Sunday night. Long waits are a reoccurring issue with this Taco Bell. We will never order here again

  This location is terrible. I waited over 5 minutes in the Drive-Thru line without anybody saying a word to me. This is unacceptable and has a large corporation you need to get your stuff together. Whoever the manager is at this site either needs to staff more people or figure out why their people are so so dang slow. I literally left your line and went to metamora and I will never revisit this site. Just utter trash

  This place was good when it first opened. Now, the oil in deep fryer tastes like things are fried in burnt motor oil. Disgusting. Someone who works here: please taste a chip, cinnamon twist or a mexican pizza shell and you'll immediately taste the stale oil you're continuing to use. Anything out of that deep fryer is gross. I have called and voiced my concerns numerous times about the old oil being used, still no change...no one cares. If you are the owner of this restaurant, do something. Never eating here again. Run as fast as you can somewhere else. All food was inedible and went straight to the trash.

  As part of our drive thru order, we included some CINNAMON TWISTS. They were absolutely awful!! The flavor was as if they were fried in old, burnt grease. I'd have returned them if I hadn't traveled a few miles down the road already.
